I'm practicing non-attachment.

Accepting what comes and allowing it to leave when it's time. What's for me will be for me effortlessly.

Life is better when you are Happy,

But Life is best when other people are Happy because of you!

The first rule of leadership: put your mission above your ego.

The second rule of leadership: if you don't care about your people, they won't care about your mission.

The third rule of leadership: if someone has to tell you the first two rules, you're not ready to lead yet.

People don't change their behaviour until they face the same.

लोग अपने व्यवहार को तब तक नहीं बदलते जब तक वो वैसे ही व्यवहार की अनूभूति नही कर लेते।

Take care of yourself. 

Go for a walk, eat your favorite food, get a haircut, cry if you need to, read a book, take a vacation, have a drink, do what you need to.

Take care of yourself, because at the end of the day you're all you've got.
